The main goal of Moroccan Handcraft Art & Design is customer satisfaction, we give our customers 7 days to contact us via email or phone if they are not satisfied with the item purchased.

     The recipient is completely responsible for the shipment returns fees of the product, the product must be packed in its own packaging and initial conditions, any decrease of the product’s value, returns won’t be accepted.

     It is primary that you receive our authorization before shipping back any product, returns without our prior authorization won’t be accepted.

     In the rare case of the product arrives damaged, by outside conditions, you must contact us within 48hours of receiving the order. The packaging and item must be kept for the shipment company inspection. Any claim you may present for damage won’t be considered if you fail to comply with these requirements.
